About The Weekly Impulse

The Show itself was created by Michael J. Crandall, who also plays Rick Stone. Michael decided to take an old short story idea of his and turn it into an audio drama. Michael contacted his Friend Jim Diaz, who he had worked with in Junior College in the Santa Ana College news program, "Around and About Orange County News." Jim is a master of recording, video camera work, and sound design. So Michael plied Jim with software and free food and eventually Jim agreed to help put this show on the Web.
The show is family friendly. It's a little bit frightening at a few points but not in a bad way. So over all you're safe for the most part. consider it rated PG. Enjoy!

As a paper, the Weekly Impulse was founded sometime in the past and has been around roughly
since then. The paper is found all over the world in news stands and supermarket racks. No one
really believes The Impulse, but that’s not important, the important thing is that the truth is told.

Check back every Friday for information about the paper, new “articles” and Rick Stone’s Blog.

(Disclaimer, remember, the Weekly impulse is a completely fictional paper that inhabits a fictional reality of fiction, get it? Got it? Good)
